Recruitment is considered to be critical component for organization’s growth. Candidates bring skills and experience to support organizational success. RapidValue conducted a Recruitment Drive at RNS Institute of Technology (RNSIT), Bangalore on Saturday, 16, January 2016, in the quest for finding candidates who have the right skills to be part of the RapidValue’s business development team. The senior members from the current sales team and the HR team conducted the drive in RNSIT campus.

The external recruitment drive was conducted for Freshers and it opened up to a larger pool of applicants for RapidValue which increased its chance of finding the right person for the job. Candidates were not only from RNS Institute, where the drive took place, but many other colleges participated. Some of them were BMS College of Engineering, AMC Engineering College, Jansons Institute of Technology, Acharya Institute of Technology. After multiple rounds of interview, over 6 candidates were shortlisted by the panel for Sales roles.
RapidValue wants to bring in fresh talent into the organization to support the business development function. The company feels that introducing more talent will give the organization a chance to stay a step ahead of the competition.
