RapidValue Freshers’ Connect 2020

Six months back, we welcomed a group of young and vibrant freshers to our RapidValue family. On the 28th of January 2020, we celebrated their journey so far and provided them a platform to share their insights and learning experience. When the freshers joined in 2019, they were allocated into different projects and given opportunities to work with the other technical members. Mentors were also assigned to them. Three months into the allocation, a freshers’ meet titled ‘Mileage Plus’ was conducted in order to track their progress. During which, they had to present their experiences. This helped their mentors to identify areas of improvement and help them better. The ‘Freshers’ Connect’ conducted after six months acted as a sequel to ‘Mileage Plus’ and helped in understanding their improvements, their self-evaluation, and their goals for the future.

“The past six months have been quite a journey for me in terms of transitioning from student life to that of a working professional. The seniors here have been very considerate and helpful to me, helping me settle in and giving me important tasks. I have also taken part in several extra-curricular activities like football, and I am a part of the company band Rap N Kooth and I’ve had a lot of fun performing with them. Overall, it’s been a fruitful journey and I hope for a long and wonderful association with RapidValue in the future,” says Devika Murali, Software Engineer, RapidValue Solutions.

“It’s always great to work in an environment that is open to new ideas and suggestions and that’s RapidValue for me. I started my career with RapidValue in July 2019 as a Software Engineer Intern and have been able to learn and grow myself ever since. RapidValue provides great opportunities for learning and improving your skills and you get to explore all the emerging technologies in the IT Industry. I’ve had the opportunity to learn technologies like Java, Angular JS, Automation Testing using Selenium and thereby enhancing my capabilities,” says Amel Moorthy, Software Engineer, RapidValue.

Rinish K.N, CTO, RapidValue Solutions, congratulated the freshers on their achievements and certifications. He also urged them to work  effectively and to continuously learn and grow. The associates from Kochi and Bangalore celebrated their successful six-month stint with a cake cutting.
